Your Next Steps

Thank you for applying to one of our training schools here at YWAM Newcastle!

We look forward to getting to know you more. Please complete the following steps below and we will let you know when you are accepted as soon as we can. Once accepted, we will walk you through all the information you need before arrival, such as getting a visa and your arrival details. Please await our instruction on these to insure you get the visa appropriate for you. Stay connected and let us know if you have any further questions!

1. Pay Application Fee

If you have not already paid your application fee please make sure to do so.

Students: $40 AUD per person

Payment Options: Credit card, International Bank Draft (or for Aussies a cheque/money order), Bank Transfer.

*used to cover administration costs.

2. Complete Agreement Forms

3. Complete Health Form

IMPORTANT: Make sure to include your “Application ID” that you should receive from our student communications team.

*Also have your immunisation record on hand.

4. Submit Final References

A pastor, supervisor and friend reference are required for your enrolment. Please make sure we have received all three.

*Every effort should be made to have these as people NOT related to you.

5. Get Your National Police Check

Apply for a Police Check from your relevant authority (normally your local police station) and submit it to us by mail or email. Police Checks must be provided in ENGLISH (or with official English translation) from your home country and any country you have lived in the last 5 years for more than 1 year. If you are having trouble obtaining a check please let us know.

New Zealand Residents/Citizens:
Apply to Minister of Justice. Under 18 year olds are required to get police checks if at all possible.
