Below is all you need to finalise your application to join the staff team at YWAM Newcastle.
To Do:
- 1. Pay Application Fee
If you have not already paid your application fee, please make sure to do so.
$30 AUD per person, $40 AUD per married couple*
*used to cover administration costs.- 2. Complete Agreement Form
Please read the agreement form carefully before signing.
- 3. Complete Health Form
Please complete the health care form below. You will need your immunisation record ready.
- 4. Media Release Form
- 5. Submit References
A DTS Leader, pastor and friend reference are required for your application. To request each of these, please fill out the form linked below. Every effort should be made to have these as people NOT related to you.
We will notify you when each reference form comes in. Multiple reference requests may be submitted if desired in order to speed up the application process.
